agreements are available.

reservation fee. (refundable to you based on if you are denied for
background or income verification.) A $200 holding deposit is
required at time of physical application.

AVAILABLE? A: Yes, there is on-site
parking available. It is all open parking, no assigned spots or

WHAT IS THE PET
POLICY? A: Landon Pointe is a
pet-friendly community. Dogs & cats welcome!

- Pet Fee: $350 (Non-Refundable) due at time of move-in
- Pet Weight Limit: 30 lbs at full maturity

CAN STUDENTS QUALIFY FOR
RESIDENCY? A: In general, full-time
students are not eligible. Full-time students are permitted if
there is at least one part-time student or non-student leaseholder.
However, there are some exceptions to this, so please inquire.
Some common exceptions include:
- Single parent with dependent(s)
- Married students
- Recipients of public assistance (not section 8)
WHAT IF I VISIT THE WEBSITE AND
ALL APARTMENTS ARE SOLD
OUT? A: You may sign up for our
reservation list and will be placed on a waiting list. If you
provide your e-mail address, we will send you updates as soon as
something becomes available.
ALLOWED? A: No.
WHEN DO APARTMENTS BECOME
AVAILABLE? A: Availability dates and
move-in dates are dependent upon current residents giving a notice

ARE THERE OCCUPANCY
LIMITATIONS? A: A maximum of 2 occupants
- 1 bedroom: 2 occupants
- 2 bedroom: 4 occupants
- 3 bedroom: 6 occupants
WHAT UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED IN
THE RENT? A: Water/sewer and refuse
are included in the rent. The resident is responsible for
electricity, cable, telephone and internet.
HOW DO I INCOME
QUALIFY? A: Applicants must meet the
following income qualifications:
The household income is based on GROSS annual income (before any
deductions) earned from all sources including wages, social
security payments, public assistance, pensions, annuities, interest
income, dividends, stocks, bonds, insurance settlements, recurring
gifts from family/friends, lottery winnings, etc. Third-party
verification will be required of all income, and copies of tax
returns and pay stubs may be required.
