 WHAT TYPES OF LEASE TERMS ARE AVAILABLE? 
A: 12 month lease agreements are available.
 

 IS THERE A FEE TO JOIN THE WAITLIST? 
A: There is a $45 reservation fee. (refundable to you based on if you are denied for background or income verification.) A $200 holding deposit is required at time of physical application.
 

 IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE? 
A: Yes, there is on-site parking available. It is all open parking, no assigned spots or garages.
 

 CAN I RESERVE AN APARTMENT ONLINE? 
A: Visit our reservation information page or contact us at landonpointe@dominiuminc.com.
 

 IS THE BUILDING SMOKE-FREE? 
A: No.
 

 WHAT COMMUNITY AMENITIES ARE AVAILABLE TO ALL RESIDENTS? 
A: Community amenities include: sparkling pool, playground, fitness center, and grilling areas.
 

 WHAT TYPES OF APARTMENTS ARE OFFERED? 
A: 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments.
 

 CAN I TOUR THE APARTMENTS OR SEE A MODEL UNIT? 
A: Floor plans and photos are available on the website. Visit our gallery and floor plans pages. You may also call to schedule a tour of our community. If an apartment is available to show, we will show at that time.
 

 WHAT IS THE PET POLICY? 
A: Landon Pointe is a pet-friendly community. Dogs & cats welcome!

- Limit of 2 pets per apartment home
- Pet Fee: $350 (Non-Refundable) due at time of move-in
- Pet Weight Limit: 30 lbs at full maturity

Some breed & other restrictions may apply. Please call for more details.
 

 CAN STUDENTS QUALIFY FOR RESIDENCY? 
A: In general, full-time students are not eligible. Full-time students are permitted if there is at least one part-time student or non-student leaseholder. However, there are some exceptions to this, so please inquire.
 
Some common exceptions include:
- Single parent with dependent(s)
- Married students
- Recipients of public assistance (not section 8)
 

 WHAT IF I VISIT THE WEBSITE AND ALL APARTMENTS ARE SOLD OUT? 
A: You may sign up for our reservation list and will be placed on a waiting list. If you provide your e-mail address, we will send you updates as soon as something becomes available.
 

 IS SUBLETTING ALLOWED? 
A: No.
 

 WHEN DO APARTMENTS BECOME AVAILABLE? 
A: Availability dates and move-in dates are dependent upon current residents giving a notice to move out. Join our reservation list here.
 

 ARE THERE OCCUPANCY LIMITATIONS? 
A: A maximum of 2 occupants per bedroom.
- 1 bedroom: 2 occupants
- 2 bedroom: 4 occupants
- 3 bedroom: 6 occupants
 

 WHAT UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED IN THE RENT? 
A: Water/sewer and refuse are included in the rent. The resident is responsible for electricity, cable, telephone and internet.
 

 HOW DO I INCOME QUALIFY? 
A: Applicants must meet the following income qualifications:
The household income is based on GROSS annual income (before any deductions) earned from all sources including wages, social security payments, public assistance, pensions, annuities, interest income, dividends, stocks, bonds, insurance settlements, recurring gifts from family/friends, lottery winnings, etc. Third-party verification will be required of all income, and copies of tax returns and pay stubs may be required.
 
Income Qualifications
 
Landon Pointe participates in an affordable housing program. Total household income must be under the following limits based on household size:
- 1 Occupant: $25,800
- 2 Occupants: $29,460
- 3 Occupants: $33,120
- 4 Occupants: $36,780
- 5 Occupants: $39,780
- 6 Occupants: $42,720
 

 WHAT AMENITIES ARE AVAILABLE IN THE APARTMENTS? 
A: Available apartment amenities include: full size washer and dryer in each home, large walk-in closets, and air conditioning.
